Do you offer ongoing building maintenance?
Yes. We work with property managers and building owners on electrical maintenance, repairs and improvements across Ontario. Tell us about your building or portfolio, access requirements and the type of support you need.
Can you handle the electrical work for an office build-out?
Yes. We handle electrical installation for new offices, tenant fit-outs and workplace renovations. Send your drawings and project details so we can review the lighting, power and life safety scope.
Do you offer thermal imaging inspections?
Yes. We use infrared cameras to look for abnormal heat patterns in electrical panels, connections and equipment. These inspections help identify potential concerns and support preventive maintenance. Tell us about your property and equipment so we can discuss the inspection scope and site access.
Can you prepare a vacant unit for a new tenant?
Yes. We work with landlords and property managers on electrical decommissioning, strip-outs and base-building reinstatement. The work can include removing redundant wiring and fixtures and restoring the agreed base-building power and lighting, helping prepare the unit for leasing and the next tenant’s fit-out.
Can you install a fire alarm system where none exists?
Yes. We take on complete fire alarm installations for existing buildings and new construction, including large projects. Our work covers control panels, system wiring, detection and notification devices, with testing and verification coordinated as part of the project. We also handle major upgrades and system expansions.
Do I need drawings to request a quote?
No. Send us a description of the work and any photos you have. We’ll discuss what else is needed to prepare your quote.
Can I send a large drawing package?
The form accepts up to five files with a combined size of 10 MB. For larger sets, email a download link to Office@AccessElectric.ca and include your project name and contact details.
